What’s Really in Tap Water?

Men drink tap water every day — and over time, low-level mixtures of PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and other endocrine-active compounds may add to your overall hormonal burden. FAQs

Find answers to common questions about treatments, procedures, and aftercare.

What are dermal fillers?

Dermal fillers are injectable substances used to restore volume and fullness to the face, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

How long do fillers last?

The duration of fillers varies depending on the type of filler used and individual factors. Generally, fillers can last from 6 to 18 months.

Are fillers safe?

Dermal fillers are considered safe when administered by a qualified professional. However, like any medical procedure, there are potential risks and side effects.

What are anti-wrinkle injections?

Anti-wrinkle injections use a prescription-only medicine that temporarily relaxes the small facial muscles that crease the skin. It works by blocking the release of acetylcholine, the chemical messenger nerves use to make muscles contract. The treated muscle softens and the skin above it smooths. The effect fades gradually over three to six months, and treatment is only given after a face-to-face assessment with our prescriber.

Are anti-wrinkle injections painful?

The injections use a very fine needle and take only a few minutes. Most patients feel a brief sting at each point rather than pain, and there is usually little or no discomfort afterwards.
