How much does TRT monitoring cost at Eden Clinic?
The TRT membership costs £89 per month, collected via Direct Debit. There is no interest or credit involved (APR 0%). You also have the option of clinic membership only at £40 per month, with blood tests and reviews paid on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Can I cancel my TRT membership?
The TRT Annual Subscription has a minimum term of 12 months ("Minimum Term"), comprising 12 monthly payments of £89.00. You are committed to making all 12 monthly payments. Cancellation during the Minimum Term does not remove your obligation to pay all outstanding monthly instalments unless we agree otherwise in writing or unless you cancel under a right expressly provided in these Terms. Cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no services have been used.
Is Eden Clinic a registered medical provider?
Yes. Eden Clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates under full medical governance. All TRT monitoring is led by qualified doctors with specialist experience in hormone therapy.
How do I pay for my TRT membership?
Payments are collected monthly via BACS Direct Debit through Stripe. Your subscription is set up following a consultation with a doctor, once treatment has been initiated. Payments are taken automatically each month from the date of your first payment. No credit checks are required.
Where is Eden Clinic located?
Eden Clinic is based in Plymouth, Devon, and supports TRT patients across the UK. Doctor reviews and ongoing support are available both in-person and remotely.

Terms & Conditions
1. Services: £89/month covers clinic membership, 3x 30-min doctor reviews/year, 2x TRT blood tests/year (£90 each), 1x Eden Well Man test/year, letter to GP as required, travel documentation, ongoing support team access, and reduced rate GP appointments at £80 (usually £120). Any additional blood tests or reviews beyond the included allowance will be charged at standard rates.
2. Billing: Monthly Direct Debit from the date of your first payment. 30 days written notice required to cancel.
3. Blood tests: Clinic sends kits on a reminder schedule. Patient arranges phlebotomy (local or at home).
4. Cancellation: The TRT Annual Subscription has a minimum term of 12 months ("Minimum Term"), comprising 12 monthly payments of £89.00. You are committed to making all 12 monthly payments. Cancellation during the Minimum Term does not remove your obligation to pay all outstanding monthly instalments unless we agree otherwise in writing or unless you cancel under a right expressly provided in these Terms. Cancel within 14 days for a full refund if no services have been used. No refunds for missed appointments. If you fail to attend a booked review appointment, you will need to rebook at full price and this will not be covered by the subscription.
5. Medications: Billed separately and paid to pharmacy directly. Not included in the membership.
This covers monitoring only. TRT medications are separate. Consult your doctor before starting.
Financial Information: Monthly subscription of £89 is collected via Direct Debit. APR 0%. Total repayable over 12 months: £1,068. No interest or additional charges apply. Missed or failed payments will be retried automatically. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of membership services. Payments processed by Stripe (FCA authorised).
