How do I pay for my TRT membership?
Payments are collected monthly via BACS Direct Debit through Stripe. You set up your subscription at the point of booking, and payments are taken automatically each month. No credit checks are required.

Eden Clinic is based in Plymouth, Devon, and supports TRT patients across the UK. Doctor reviews and ongoing support are available both in-person and remotely.

Terms & Conditions
1. Services: £87/month covers clinic membership, 3x 30-min doctor reviews/year, 2x TRT blood tests/year, 1x Eden Well Man test/year, letter to GP as required, travel documentation, ongoing support team access, and reduced rate GP appointments at £80 (usually £120).
2. Billing: Monthly Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. 30 days notice required to cancel.
3. Blood tests: Clinic sends kits on a reminder schedule. Patient arranges phlebotomy (local or at home).
4. Cancellation: Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee. For thread treatments, the cancellation fee is £200. No refunds for used services or missed appointments. Cancel your membership within 14 days for a full refund if no services have been used. 30 days written notice is required to cancel your membership.
5. Medications: Billed separately and paid to pharmacy directly. Not included in the membership.
This covers monitoring only. TRT medications are separate. Consult your doctor before starting.
Financial Information: Monthly subscription of £87 is collected via Direct Debit. APR 0%. Total repayable over 12 months: £1,044. No interest or additional charges apply. Missed or failed payments will be retried automatically. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of membership services. Payments processed by Stripe (FCA authorised).
