Follow these simple steps to order a blood test kit at Eden Clinic.
Step 1: Choose Collection Method
Select either a home kit or an in-clinic blood test.
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Use our Digital Test Request Form to submit your blood test kit order.
Step 3: Receive Your Results
We will communicate your results to you promptly.
How to Order a Blood Test Kit
We offer a convenient way to order home blood test kits or schedule in-clinic blood tests through our simple ordering process. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select Sample Collection Method
- Capillary or Venous Home Test Kits: If you request a home test kit, our Customer Services team will arrange for the kit to be shipped directly to you. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day, and those submitted after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
- In-Clinic Venous Blood Tests: If you choose a venous blood test to be conducted at our clinic, our team will contact you within 24-48 hours to arrange the appointment.
Step 2: Submit a Request
- Use our Digital Test Request Form to submit your blood test kit order.
- Ensure that all required fields are completed, including your client's details and the chosen sample collection method (capillary or venous).
Step 3: Receive Results
- Once the test is completed, the results will be sent directly to the you or the collect at our clinic, depending on your preferences.
- Results are typically delivered in a complete report, but in some cases, multiple smaller reports may be sent, depending on the test.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that all information is accurate to avoid delays in processing.
- Orders are processed and shipped promptly as long as they meet the required submission times.
- Any test rejections or issues with processing will be communicated, along with applicable charges, as outlined in the contract.
